Location and Accessibility

• Geographic Coordinates: Situated near the Rajmachi Fort in the Sahyadri mountain range.

• Nearest City: Lonavala, a popular hill station, is the closest urban area, about 6 kilometers away.

• Access: The trek to Kataldhar Waterfall begins from the village of Kondivade, near Karjat. The trek is moderately difficult, suitable for experienced trekkers due to the rugged terrain and dense forest.

Features

• Height: Approximately 350 feet, making it one of the taller waterfalls in the region.

• Seasonality: The waterfall is seasonal, flowing primarily during the monsoon season (June to September). During this time, the waterfall is at its most spectacular, with lush greenery and abundant water flow.
