Overview

Raireshwar is renowned for its temple, where Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj made his historic oath for Swarajya. Legend says he pricked his little finger and consecrated his vow by letting his blood drip onto the Shivling within the temple.

After visiting Raireshwar, we’ll venture to the Flower Valley, a true highlight of our trip. This stunning valley is celebrated for its vibrant, colorful display of wildflowers, creating a breathtaking and picturesque landscape. Spend time marveling at the array of blooming flora, which turns the valley into a vivid tapestry of nature’s beauty. Following our exploration of the Flower Valley, we'll head back to Pune, concluding our memorable journey.

Itinerary

5:30 AM: JW Marriot Hotel SB Road.

9:00 AM: Arrive at the base of Raireshwar and begin the trek.

11:00 AM: Reach the top of the plateau. Relax at the temple, enjoy your packed lunch, and then start the descent.

12:00 PM: Return to the base and drive towards Kenjalgad.

12:30 PM: Arrive at the base of Kenjalgad and start the trek to the fort.

2:00 PM: Reach the summit of the fort. Enjoy lunch while taking in the stunning views.

4:00 PM: Descend to the base and begin the journey back to Pune.

9:00 PM: Arrive back in Pune with a collection of wonderful memories.

Things to Carry
<ul> <li>Please wear full pants and full sleeves T-shirts to protect from tanning, thorns, insects in the jungle</li> <li>Snacks(Energy bars, Chikki, Biscuits, Sprouts, Chips, Dry fruits) Glaucon D/Protein shakes/Gatorade/ORS</li> <li>Carry extra pair of clothes which we can change after completion of the trek.</li> <li>2/3 liters water. Shortage of water is faced during treks so please carry enough water.(Mandatory)</li> <li>Any personal medicine and personal first aid(Mandatory)</li> <li>Good grip trekking shoes (Mandatory)</li> <li>One day backpack/rucksack of 30 liters (Mandatory)</li> <li>Sun cap and Sunscreen Rains are expected so please carry a rain cover /Jacket and cover your phones also in a plastic cover.</li> <li>Don’t bring any expensive and not required items during treks. Trekfit wont be responsible for any loss of phone/valuable item.</li> <li>Good torch with an extra battery if you have planned a night trek</li></ul>
