Bhorgiri village is a very small village. There are hills on the three side of the village. And one of the hills has Bhorgiri fort and caves. The trek route is through dense jungle and provides many opportunities for nature lovers and particularly Photographers!!! One can see the state animal of Maharashtra the Giant Squirrel, in local language known as “Shekru.” In Monsoon this is the perfect trek for Beginners, Nature Lovers, and Photographers. It’s a plain Jungle walk of around 3 Hours which ends at “Gupta Bhimashankar”. One has to pass the Streams & waterfall to reach the Gupt Bhimashankar Temple.

- 05:30 AM: Pickup from SB Road, Pune
- 06:00 AM: Pickup from Nashik Phata
- 09:30 AM: Reach Bhorgiri and have breakfast on the way
- 10:00 AM: Freshen up and start your jungle trek to Bhimashankar Forest
- 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM: Reach Gupt Bhimashankar and start your return trek to Bhorgiri
- Optional: If time permits, we will cover Bhorgad Fort
- 03:00 PM: Depart for Pune
- 09:00 PM: Arrival in Pune with loads of memories
Note:We will try to cover both the bhimashankar temple as well as the trek incase there is rush at bhimashankar main temple participants will be given option to choose one of either and people opting for temple will come down to the base village by bus and people going on trek can take darshan of gupt bhimashankar. and reach the base by trekking.
People option for temple can come down and do a short hike nearby too as the area is fully lush green.
