Altitude has a definite effect on a fitness program. The human body has an uncanny
ability to adjust to its current environment. When placed at higher altitudes the
human body will need an adjustment period to stabilize to the drier climate (less
water in the atmosphere) and the thinner oxygen levels. The adjustment period will
directly correspond to the individual’s current fitness level. Therefore, if you want to
do a high altitude trek, you need to spend time training for your trek, you will need
