1st floor rooms, are big and spacious, 4_5 adults can stay , rooms with balconies.
2nd floor – cozy rooms with all amenities, without balcony, 3 adults can stay.
Ground floor -2 bhk
2 bedroom + 1 hall, all interconnected from inside, with separate entrance, balconies and porch area.
Hall is also having double bed and wash in it.

– If booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival date no cancellation charges applicable, you will get the full amount credit period of 6 month from the date of booking to utilize the amount. Still if you want refund then 25% of the total billing amount will be cancellation charges and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days after cancellation.
– If booking cancelled between 0-7 days of arrival date 50% cancellation charges applicable and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
– In case of no show there will not be any refund.
