• Indoor games like Carom board, Chess, cards are made available on request. After use, kindly handover these
things to the Caretaker prior to leaving the farmhouse.
• In case of any problems with Wi-Fi setup or cable TV network, please ask for assistance.
• You can contact the Caretaker by using the remote bell in the living room.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

– If booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival date no cancellation charges applicable, you will get the full amount credit period of 6 month from the date of booking to utilize the amount. Still if you want refund then 25% of the total billing amount will be cancellation charges and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days after cancellation.

– If booking cancelled between 0-7 days of arrival date 50% cancellation charges applicable and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.

– In case of no show there will not be any refund.
