Payment cancellation policy at Neel garden resort

For booking with us at least 50% amount of the total bill should be paid through gpay/bank transfer or UPI

In any case of cancellation, kindly read the rules mentioned below

Cancellation before 7 days – 100 percent refund

Cancellation before 3 days – 20 percent deduction

Cancellation 24 hours before check in – 100 per cent deduction

We only accept bookings with at least 50% advance payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

– If booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival date no cancellation charges applicable, you will get the full amount credit period of 6 month from the date of booking to utilize the amount. Still if you want refund then 25% of the total billing amount will be cancellation charges and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days after cancellation.

– If booking cancelled between 0-7 days of arrival date 50% cancellation charges applicable and rest of the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.

– In case of no show there will not be any refund.
