Day 1: Departure from Pune and Mumbai to Dandeli
Pune:
10.00pm: Pickup from BMCC College FC road
9.30pm: Pickup from Xion Mall Hinjewadi
Mumbai: Mumbai people will have connected transport towards Pune and back
Bangalore: 22.00pm Volvo pickup from Anandrao Circle Majestic
Day 2:Dandeli Arrival | Sightseeing | Sunset Point
10.00am: Arrive in Dandeli have your breakfast and freshen up
You can enjoy some indoor-outdoor games at the resort
Get cool in the swimming pool at our magnificent property
Post lunch we head to Moulangiri eco park
Later we cover crocodile park and sunset
Come back to resort and enjoy rain dance and DJ Night
Night bonfire and music

Day 3: Watersports | Departure to Pune
Early morning wakes up
Have morning jungle trek
Have your breakfast and checkout
Later we head to watersports at the Kali River
Kindly note that watersports will take around 5-6 hours to complete
Post watersports have lunch and depart towards Pune by evening
Day 4: Arrival in Pune early morning around 6.00am and end trip with loads of memories
Bangalore people will get a buffer time of 4-5 hours as the Volvos are scheduled for 7.00pm onwards. They can self-explore the Dandeli city in the buffer time.

Smoking and drinking publicly are strictly prohibited. If found, participants will be terminated on spot.
Throwing garbage on trails is strictly not allowed. Participants should carry their waste with them
Writing anything or any activity leading to disobedience of historical places is prohibited.
Accommodations will be allotted as per male and female ratio by team captains, no requests will be entertained.
Pick-up and drop will be at the same location ( however you are free to get down on the route while the return journey.)
Team captains’ decisions on any particular situation will be final for the mutual benefit of participants.
If the behavior of any participant is likely to cause distress or harm to others, our member of staff or other team members, reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time and they will have to make their arrangements; we will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result. We will not entertain any claims arising due to such action.
In case of any injuries/illness during a trip/activity, Trekfit as a company or our local staff will not be responsible. We provide adequate human staff support in these areas to ensure the basic safety of the travelers. The trekker/customer has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case of medical exigency or emergency condition.
As it is likely that in these sorts of trips weather must be taken into account if we have to change arrangements we will not be able to provide any sort of refund. If there are any other circumstances including but not limited to riots, political unrest, natural or other disasters, nuclear incident, or terrorist activity, and we have to cancel a trip as a result of these circumstances, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.

We created a WhatsApp group 12 hrs before the event and all our members in the group.Further trek leaders contact details,bus details are provided in the whatsapp group.You can add all your members in the group once we make you the admin of the group.
Trekfit has the right to modify or change the schedule if required in case of emergency.
Trekfit team holds the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
We strictly follow a no alcohol, no smoking and no litter policy. Members are requested to follow this strictly and pick up your own litter during treks.
Cancellation Policy:-
If Trek gets cancelled due to Police restrictions/any other unforeseen circumstances/natural calamity 40% of the amount will be refunded.Our trek leaders will try conducting some other nearby trek and make your weekend happy.We always try to make your weekend the best one and as per the plan but in this covid time we need to make some changes in the plan.
If you cancel the trek by your own before 24 hrs of the event ,25% will be cancellation charges.On the spot cancellation/12 hrs before the trek will not be refunded.
Once booking is done and if you cancel the trek the amount will not be refunded, but you can use the paid amount by attending any other event of trekfit adventures in the next 6 months/pass on your credit to your friend. but for this condition you need to inform us 14 hrs before the trek departure.
